Lounge voucher promotion for Private Clients
Terms and conditions
1. 1 The promoter
Nedbank Limited, with registration number 1951/000009/06 (promoter, we, us, our), runs this promotion and we reserve the right to make it available to Nedbank Private Clients only.
2 Promotion period
The promotion starts on 1 September 2024 and ends on 31 March 2025 (promotional period).
3 Who can and cannot participate in the promotion
3.1 A participant (you, your) must:
3.1.1 be 18 years or older;
3.1.2 permanently reside in South Africa ;
3.1.3 have a valid South African ID; and
3.1.4 have a Nedbank Private Clients transactional (current or savings) or credit card account (qualifying account).
4 The offer
If a Bidvest lounge at a domestic airport will be closed during the promotional period, you will receive a R100 voucher if you use the card linked to your qualifying account to pay for purchases at Mugg & Bean, Vida e Caffè or Spur retailers at that airport during this time.
5 How the offer is given out
5.1 If you qualify for the offer, by meeting the requirements in 3 and using the card as described in 4, the following applies:
5.1.1 You will receive an SMS with a link and instructions on how to redeem the voucher.
5.1.2 You will also need the first 4 digits on the card linked to your qualifying account to redeem the voucher.
5.1.3 You can redeem the voucher only at participating Mugg & Bean, Vida e Caffè and Spur retailers at domestic airports in South Africa.
5.1.4 You can receive only 2 vouchers per month during the promotional period.
5.1.5 Vouchers are only available at airports which are undergoing refurbishments and are not eligible to be used at all airports.
6 General
6.1 All information about this promotion, including information that is published on any promotional material, is part of these terms and conditions.
6.2 By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are available at personal.nedbank.co.za/legal/terms-and-conditions/private-clients-lounge-promo.html throughout the promotional period.
6.3 Vouchers cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
6.4 If a voucher is not redeemed or is forfeited or rejected for any reason, it will expire 2 days from the date it has been issued.
6.5 We will not be responsible for any additional conditions that third parties impose.
6.6 We will not be liable for delays or failure to deliver any part of the voucher resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if the voucher is affected in this manner.
6.7 We reserve the right to substitute the voucher at any time with another of similar commercial value.
6.8 We may terminate the promotion immediately and without notice if we are required to do so by law.
6.9 We, our associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors assume no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from your participation in the promotion or for any loss or damage, however arising.
6.10 We will not be liable for any accident, injury, harm, death, damages, costs and/or loss that you or anyone else sustain at any point due to using the voucher.
