Terms and conditions

1 The promoter

Nedbank Limited, registration number 1951/000009/06 (we, us, our), runs this promotion. We reserve the right to make it available to Private Clients accountholders only. 

2 Who can and cannot participate in the promotions

2.1 A participant (you, your) must:

2.1.1 be 18 years or older;

2.1.2 have a South African ID; and

2.1.3 ensure that your Private Clients account is in good standing, which means that it may not be in arrears or have been handed over for legal collection.

3 Acrobranch 

3.1 The offer: Get 50% off on all tree-top adventures at Acrobranch Parks nationwide for a minimum of 2 participants.

3.2 How to redeem the offer

3.2.1 Pre-bookings are advisable. 

3.2.2 A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. 

3.2.3 For telephonic bookings, call Acrobranch on 086 999 0369 or +27 21 201 1121, and give the promo code AcroNedG50 to the consultant.

3.2.4 For online bookings, visit acrobranch.co.za/bookings/, complete the self-service booking form and enter the promo code AcroNedG50 when you check out. The promo code will apply a 50% discounted rate. 

3.2.5 Once the booking has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

3.2.6 When visiting the park, give the promo code and your booking reference to the consultant. The discount will then be applied to your booking. 

3.2.7 Only card payments are accepted at the park. No cash payments are allowed. 

3.2.8 Ensure that you book ahead of time to secure your booking.

3.2.9 Walks-ins are permitted. However, it is advisable to pre-book to avoid disappointment.

3.3 Offer conditions

3.3.1 Acrobranch offers adventure activities considered to be extreme sports (and also fun) to the public. Please read their terms and conditions carefully at acrobranch.co.za.

3.3.2 If you want to secure your booking, you must pay a deposit. Acrobranch cannot guarantee that you will be able to participate in the activities if you have not made a booking, have not booked for enough people or have not booked the correct activities. Please read their refund terms and conditions at acrobranch.co.za.

3.3.3 The offer cannot be used together with other promotions.

3.3.4 The offer is not valid on existing bookings. 

3.3.5 Children

3.3.6 Acrobranch often hosts groups of children. If you are bringing children to Acrobranch, the general indemnity applies to you and all the children.

3.3.7 Please note that no children under 3 years are allowed to participate in Acrobranch activities. The maximum weight capacity for all courses are 120 kg.

3.3.8 By making a booking, you agree that you are the responsible adult for the children and that you have the consent of all guardians, agreeing to the children’s participation in Acrobranch activities.

3.3.9 This offer and promotional code cannot be redeemed for cash.

4 Bounce 

4.1 The offer: Get 50% off on general-access tickets during off-peak hours.

4.1.1 Includes general admission sessions, miniBOUNCER and student sessions.

4.1.2 The offer is available from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, school holidays and public holidays.

4.1.3 This offer cannot be used together with other promotions. 

4.1.4 Tickets are valid for 1 hour.

4.1.5 Bounce grip socks are excluded and must be purchased separately. 

4.1.6 The offer cannot be used to book a party or party room.

4.1.7 The offer cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

4.2 Get 30% off on general-access tickets during peak hours

4.2.1 Includes general admission sessions, miniBOUNCER and student sessions. 

4.2.2 The offer is available from Monday to Friday, including school holidays and public holidays.

4.2.3 The offer excludes weekends.

4.2.4 This offer cannot be used together with other promotions.

4.2.5 Tickets are valid for 1 hour.

4.2.6 Bounce grip socks are excluded and must be purchased separately. 

4.2.7 The offer cannot be used to book a party or party room.

4.2.8 The offer cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

4.3 How to redeem this offer: Use the promo code NBB50 during off-peak hours and NBB30 during peak hours when you book your session. Book your session telephonically on +27 11 517 2500 or at your nearest Bounce studio. This offer is not redeemable online.

4.4 Peak and off-peak rates

4.4.1 Off-peak rates apply from Monday to Friday.

4.4.2 Peak rates for Fourways Mall apply during public and private school holidays (3- and 4-term private school holidays).

4.4.3 Peak rates for Menlyn Maine and Cornubia Mall apply during public school holidays.

4.4.4 Private school holidays are excluded.  

4.4.5 Peak rates also apply on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

5 Life Day Spa 

5.1 The offer: Get 20% off on any Life Day Spa treatment of 60 minutes or longer.

6 Body20

6.1 The offer: Get 25% off on your joining fee and 15% off on your membership fee.

6.1.1 How to redeem this offer: Show your Private Clients debit or credit card  in-studio when you ask for your discount. 

6.2 Offer conditions

6.2.1 This offer applies to new and existing Body20 clients.

6.2.2 Existing Body20 members who are Nedbank Private Clients accountholders are eligible to receive this offer.

6.2.3 Existing Body20 members who are Nedbank employees are eligible to receive this offer. 

6.2.4 To qualify and sign up for this offer, Nedbank clients must show their Nedbank Private Clients debit or credit card as proof of banking. 

6.2.5 For Nedbank employees to qualify and sign up for this offer, they must show their Nedbank employee card as proof of employment.

10 General

10.1 All information about these promotions, including information that is published on any promotional material, is part of these terms and conditions.

10.2 By participating in any of these promotions, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

10.3 These terms and conditions are available on our website at nedbank.co.za throughout the promotion period.

10.4 We may ask you to consent in writing to endorsing, promoting and advertising any of our services, without payment. If you decline our request, you will still receive the offer. 

10.5 By entering and participating, you acknowledge that your personal information needed for the promotion will be shared with us and our agents, but only to the extent necessary for this promotion. Your personal information will be used in line with South African consumer and data protection laws.

10.6 We may, at our sole discretion, amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. The amendments will be effective from the date of publication of the revised terms and conditions on our website. 

10.7 We may extend, shorten or cancel the promotion immediately and without notifying you if it is permitted by law, if we must do so by law, or for reasons beyond our control. If this happens, you will give up any rights that you may have in terms of this promotion and you will have no recourse against us or our agents, contractors or sponsors as a result of the extension, shortening or cancellation.

10.8 We or our directors, employees, agents or suppliers will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from your participation in the promotion, or for any accident, injury, harm, costs, or death that you or any other person who participates in the offer sustains at any point during the fulfilment of the offer.
