  1. Log in to the Money app using your Nedbank ID.
  2. You can also log in with your app PIN, fingerprint or Face ID if you have set up these features.
  3. Go to Overview and tap My accounts.
  4. Swipe left to Investments.
  5. Go to Features and tap Download tax certificate.
  6. Choose the tax year you need a certificate for.
  7. On Android: tap the three dots in the corner and then Download.
  8. On iOS: tap the share icon and then choose an app to view and download the certificate.
  9. You can choose your preferred file format.
  1. Log in to Online Banking using your Nedbank ID.
  2. Go to Overview and click on My accounts.
  3. Choose Investments from the account menu.
  4. Go to Features and click on Download tax certificate.
  5. Choose the tax year you need a certificate for.
  6. Choose the type of file you would like to download (e.g., CSV or PDF).
  7. Then download your tax certificate.
