How to give notice of withdrawal on your investment account

Did you know that you can give notice of withdrawal on your investment account in a few easy steps?

Here’s how: 

  1. Log in to the Nedbank app with your Nedbank ID, app PIN, or fingerprint
  2. Select Investments
  3. Select the investment account you would like to withdraw from
  4. Select Withdrawals
  5. Select Submit notice of withdrawal
  6. Enter the amount you want to withdraw
  7.  Select the date you would like the money to be paid out
  8. Select the account you want to pay to
  9. Select Submit to complete your request

Once you have submitted your request then you will receive an Approve-it message which you will need to accept on the cellphone number linked as your Approve-it device.

Early withdrawal of funds from your investment account may result in penalties, reduced interest and delayed access to funds. Please refer to our pricing guide on www.nedbank.co.za for more information.
