I have a salary stop order. How do I cancel it?
You can request a paid-up letter by calling us on 0800 555 111 and then hand the letter to your company to stop the salary stop order. Remember: If you choose to leave the home loan account open, make sure there is enough money in the account to pay the service fee and insurance premium (if applicable) every month. The best thing to do is to arrange a debit order or pay it via an EFT as cash deposits do incur additional fees.
