Features and benefits
Policy will not lapse if you can pay only part of your premiums because of financial difficulties.
30-day grace period to make payment if you were unable to pay your premium in the month.
1 Free month of full cover when you pay the full premium for 11 months in a row.
2 Free months of full cover when you pay 10 premiums in advance.
What is covered
Immediate accidental death cover with no waiting period.
Natural death cover after only 6 months.
Stillborn cover of 12.5% of the main member’s cover, limited to a maximum of two claims over policy term and maximum of R1,000 per claim.
Value for Life
Funeral support – Transportation of the deceased to a funeral home, help getting a death certificate, funeral or cremation arrangements. R1,000 grocery voucher if you use free transportation service.
Legal services – Advice, consultation and drafting of legal documents.
What is not covered
Claims for intentional self-inflicted injury, suicide or suicide attempt in the first 12 months of your policy.
Death or permanent disability related to self-inflicted injury, suicide, and insured person participating in any dangerous pursuits.

Complete the claim form emailed to you and send it back to funeralclaims@nedbankinsurance.co.za with all required documents.
