Accidental death benefit. We will pay an amount to your estate or nominated beneficiary in the event of your sudden and accidental death to cover the legal expenses associated with your death, such as the costs of winding up your estate.
Payment of benefits under your policy. The legal expenses insurance benefit will be paid to the legal representative, or to you if you have settled the cost of the appointed attorney, provided that the cost has been pre approved by us.
