What is not covered

 

Loss or damage caused by or related to demolition, alteration, construction, cleaning, renovation, repair, restoration or similar process. 

Any loss or damage caused by a storm, wind, flood, water, hail or snow during renovations, additions or extensions.

Loss, damage or breakage covered by any guarantee, service contract, purchase contract or any purchase agreement.
