What is covered?

Interior benefits

Interior repairs: Scuffs, scratches, and peeling rubber on various interior parts.

 

Handbrake and stitching: Torn handbrake boots and damaged seat stitching.

 

Annual maintenance: Leather seat treatment or fabric seat cleaning or protection.

 

Exterior benefits

Minor repairs: Covers minor dents, scratches, stone chips, and windscreen chips and cracks.

 

Damage restoration: Repairs hail damage, bumper scuffs, and paintless dent removal.

 

Wheel and rim care: Restores rims or mag wheels from scuffs or stone chips.

 

Cleaning and maintenance: Removes tar from the vehicle body and maintains the air conditioner (excluding regassing).

What is not covered?

Interior exclusions

Stains from acid, dye, bleach, ink, and other corrosives.

 

Material ripped, torn, or burnt due to neglect or vandalism.

 

Dashboard repairs.

 

Exterior exclusions

Major dents, irreparable damage, and body panel replacements.

 

Trim and body panel replacements for minor scratches.

 

Flaking paint due to rust or stone chips.

Replacement of windscreen if it cracks during repair.

 

Rim, mag wheel, or valve replacements, wheel balancing, and alignment.

 

Severe headlight damage and replacement of headlight housing or bulbs.

 

Pre-existing damage, including rust and damage that develops gradually.

How do I know if I am eligible?

To be covered under the policy, your vehicle must follow the below criteria:

Must be a passenger, 4x4, or light commercial vehicle under 3 500 kg.

 

Must not be a motorcycle, 4-wheel bike, scooter, caravan, motorhome, trailer, rental vehicle, or boat.

 

Must be not a taxi, rental, exotic, rebuilt (code 3), modified vehicle or a vehicle used in any motoring competition or sport.

 

Must be roadworthy and for private use only.

 

Must be maintained in a proper and efficient state.
