This account is suitable for a society or group-savings club
The minimum amount you can deposit is R100
Documents you’ll need
Each signatory’s valid South African barcoded ID or smart card
Signatories who are not South African citizens can submit their passports and permanent resident permits
A copy of your club's constitution
Proof of your club's registered address
Proof of address for each club member (eg a phone bill not older than 3 months)
A copy of the minutes of the meeting in which the decision was made to open a club account
